What is the Cambodia e-Arrival?

The Cambodia e-Arrival is an Electronic Application System designed to facilitate entry for travelers arriving in Cambodia. It combines the convenience of an online application process with the ease of digital verification at arrival points. Travelers apply online for am e-Arrival before their trip, and once approved, they present the e-Arrival at immigration upon entry to Cambodia.

Who needs  e-Arrival?

The Cambodia e-Arrival is required for all travelers who enter Cambodia for short-term stays, primarily for tourism or business purposes. The e-Arrival is designed for those who want a quick and convenient way to secure their entry card.

Who Needs the Cambodia e-Arrival?

Tourists: Visitors planning short-term stays for sightseeing, cultural experiences, or leisure.

Business Travelers: Those attending meetings, conferences, or other business-related activities.

Eligible Passport Holders: of countries that require a visa to enter Cambodia. Most nationalities can apply for the e-Arrival visa, except for a few restricted countries.

The system is separated into a Foreign Visitor and Cambodian Citizen category and for the former, there are options for completing individual and group submissions.

These are the steps to know:

  1. Registration requires uploading a photo and passport information.*
  2. Take a screenshot or download your QR codebefore closing or exiting the e-Arrival Card website. If you use the mobile application, the QR Code will be available after successful submission even without an internet connection.
  3.  Present your QR code at immigration.
  4. The registration is free so no fees for the e-immigration are required (this is separate from the visa)

*You may still edit your information and resubmit your e-Arrival Card, as long as you have not been processed by Immigration Officers.
